Delta Valley Health Club will be re-opening Tuesday, March 16th. We will be updating ongoing communications through our website and social media outlets as things continue to develop. You can access your account at deltavac.clubautomation.com . Once you are on the main page you scroll down and you will find ( Access my Account) it will ask for your email to reset your password . We are committed to your health and safety and will continue to adhere to the Center for Disease Control guidelines and any other applicable safety guidelines. Everything is open!
All Membership billing will resume on October 15, 2020 (pro-rated for half of the month) and your membership will be extended to cover the time of the closure. Dues will now be billed regularly on the first of every month, starting November 1st. If you have a Paid in Full membership, the end date will be extended to cover the time the clubs were closed. This includes all billings for fitness, personal training, and Pilates, as well as annual/enhancement fees if applicable.
If you would like to place your membership on hold, you may do so for one to six months (billing will automatically resume on the date the hold expires), or for cancels, it needs to be done in writing by either filling out a membership status change, or resignation form at the service desk, or by certified letter.
As per stated in our agreements, ALL account changes need to be done in writing by doing one of the following:

Late or Returned Item Charges. A Late Fee of $35 will be assessed for returned checks, insufficient
funds, closed accounts, frozen or declined credit cards or similar circumstances, which result in late
or delayed payment to Delta Valley Health Club. Member is responsible for providing accurate and
updated information on their EFT account to insure timely receipt of payment. Delta Valley Health
Club reserves the right to re-attempt collection of Member’s outstanding balance until such time as
Member’s account is current.
