Delta Valley Health Club offers an extensive program of traditional and innovative group fitness and exercise classes. We offer over 50 classes each week, so you’ll surely find the class that’s right for your fitness goals.
Whether you are a novice or a seasoned athlete, Delta Valley Health Club’s fitness philosophy—The Fitness Continuum—is based on the understanding that your needs and goals, interests, and well-being change over time. Our classes adapt according to your current ability, making it more challenging and ultimately more rewarding.

BARRE: Creates a uniquely lean, firm, sculpted body by combining the muscle shaping principles of isometrics, body elongating, the science of physical therapy and intense pace of interval training.
BARRE-LATES: This unique class combines the relaxation of “Power Stretch” and the effective movements of exercise through using the Barre. The body will be strengthened and sculpted through interval training, leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed.
BODY BLAST: A full body workout using tubing, dumbbells, glides, Bosu balls, and one’s own body weight for muscle blasting resistance and cardio training. Abdominal and stretch exercises included.
CARDIO AT THE BARRE*: A “Perfect” marriage of spin and Barre. This class will start by making your heart pump with 30 minutes of spin and then it will take you off your bike for 30 minutes of barre exercise.
F.I.T.: Challenges the athlete in you! This class combines boot camp concepts with sport conditioning. Participants use strength, flexibility, speed and coordination training. Come ready to jump, squat, push, crunch and sweat!
GRAVITY YOGA: A long hold stretching practice specifically designed to increase mobility. This is the ease and range in which your joints and muscles move.
KICKBOXING: An intense class of high energy, high impact, and total body conditioning. This class includes the fundamentals of boxing and kickboxing drills, light weight training, floor conditioning, and some partner drills. This class burns calories and conditions your body from head to toe!
MUSCLE MANIA: A class designed to target specific areas of your body. Each day has a designated region of the body (lower body, upper body, cardio/core) that is worked on. This class allows individuals to do weight lifting with various pieces of equipment including (but not limited to), dumbbells, barbells, cables, plyometrics, machines and more. In 45 minutes you are sure to feel the burn.
MUSCLE PUMP*: A class that incorporates heart pumping muscle-based exercises using various equipment like dumbbells, plate-loaded weights, body weight, etc. Be ready to challenge your body and break a sweat in this fun full-body workout that will leave you feeling stronger.
OVERALL BODY: A combination of cardio, weights and an amazing amount of core work. You’ll leave feeling challenged and encouraged
PILOXING: Piloxing combines Pilates, boxing and dance. It’s a high-energy interval workout that involves heart-pumping, powerful boxing combinations and sculpting and lengthening Pilates-influenced movements.
PEDAL & PUMP*: In this “Best of Both Worlds” class you will get 30 minutes of heart pounding spin followed by 30 minutes of weight training utilizing dumbbells and body weight.
POWER STRETCH: This class uses guided breathing with movement to stretch, strengthen and relax your body and mind. The selected stretches and postures allow you to gain a deeper sense of mental focus, clarity and relaxation.
SPIN: An energetic cycling class with high and low intensity intervals, climbs, sprints and flats.
WATER AEROBICS: This class takes place in the aquatics building in waist deep water. Water aerobics is the performance of aerobic exercise in water, done mostly vertically and without swimming typically in waist deep or deeper water. It is a type of resistance training and aerobic exercise led by an instructor that will guide a series of exercises and movements that promote, strength training, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance.
YOGA: Develop strength, stamina, flexibility and balance plus concentration, relaxation and focus.
YOGA/MUSCLE FUSION: A blend of yoga & strength training that lets you burn more calories than yoga alone, while still getting the benefits of this ancient practice.
ZUMBA: Zumba combines high energy and motivating Latin music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries. It is based on the principle that a workout should be “FUN AND EASY TO DO” in order for Zumba participants to stick to the Zumba fitness program to achieve long-term health benefits. Zumba is not only great for the body but is also great for the mind. It is a “feel-happy” workout!
MOMS IN MOTION (MIM) FRIENDLY: Babies 6-weeks to 9-months are welcome.
