If you would like to place your membership on hold, you may do so for one to six months (billing will automatically resume on the date the hold expires), or for cancels, it needs to be done in writing by either filling out a membership status change, or resignation form at the service desk, or by certified letter.
As per stated in our agreements, ALL account changes need to be done in writing by doing one of the following:
